Rental of Facilities Information

The halls at Post 13 are available for rental to the general public.  Rates are as follows with new pricing below as of January 1st, 2022.

All halls rent for 5 hours and include a bartender.  Additional hours may be purchased for $100 per hour but may not run past midnight.  A $400 security deposit is required for any hall rental and will be refunded when the room is left in good condition.  You will receive your security deposit by mail within 7 to 10 business days. A payment of 50% of the total fees (hall rental fee + security deposit) is due at the time of contract signing in order to reserve the date.

The Pavilion rents for $400 and holds up to 90 people.  Please note there will be no loud music allowed in the Pavilion without a special event permit from Will County. All paperwork is located at the Legion but must be applied for on your own 30 days before your event to insure approval.  Fees for the permit are not included in the hall rental.

The Large hall (which would include the small hall when rented) rents for $850 and holds up to 200 people.  

The Small hall rents for $400 and holds up to 60 people.

The Pavilion rents for $400 and has a max capacity of 90 people (seating for 41 inside including barstools plus 2 outdoor picnic tables and 3-4 person iron tables).  

The Small hall and the Pavilion rented together rent for $800 and include 2 bartenders.  It holds approximately 150 combined.  

The Large hall, Small hall and Paviliion rent for $1200, includes 2 bartenders and holds up to 320 people combined.

You may select when your 5 hours will start and end, but the latest block starts at 7pm and ends at midnight.  Last call is 30 minutes before the end of the time block.  Decorations, tablecloths and garbage must be removed (garbage to be placed in provided cans) and hall must be vacated by the end of the time block.

A payment of 50% of the total fees (hall rental fee + security deposit) is due at the time of contract signing in order to reserve the date.

A member discount is available to active members in good standing for more than a year at the signing of the contract.  Discount does not apply to member organized fundraisers or any ticketed events.  Discount is soley designed for member family events and member must be present during the contract hours. The contract must also be in the members name.

The member discount does not apply to beverages. 

All beverages must be purchased from the Legion.  Gratuity is not included.
